We're not a news blog that mentions a stock in passing. Why we started this
Most financial media is written for people who already understand finance. It assumes you know what EPS means, what a P/E ratio is, why the Fed matters, and what "guidance" means in an earnings call. For people new to investing, this is a wall.
We built Stocks Register because that wall shouldn't exist. The stock market isn't complicated, it's just been explained badly. Our job is to be the translator between Wall Street and the person who just downloaded a brokerage app for the first time.
What we cover
Most sites make you choose between two bad options: financial media that assumes you already understand P/E ratios and Fed policy, or "beginner" content so watered down it never actually helps you evaluate a real stock. We built Stocks Register to be neither.
Every stock page combines the kind of data usually locked behind institutional terminals, SEC filings, insider trading activity, 13F institutional ownership, analyst price targets, earnings surprise history, short interest trends, with a plain English breakdown of what it actually means. You get a real fundamentals table without needing a finance degree to read it.
Each stock also gets a transparent, rule-based Buy/Watch/Caution/Avoid verdict, not an opaque algorithm or a paid recommendation, but a visible scoring system built from the same data on the page. You can see exactly which signals pushed the call, and judge for yourself whether you agree.
Beyond individual stocks, we publish beginner-friendly guides, plain English explainers on concepts like short interest and earnings reports, and a free newsletter covering pre-market setups and notable insider or analyst activity. The goal: you go from "I don't know what any of this means" to "I can actually evaluate whether this stock is worth my money," on one site, without ever feeling talked down to.
